Frequently asked questions
What is this?
A content challenge around Sui Basecamp 2026. Publish content around Basecamp and Sui, submit the link to your publicly available content here, and the best entries in each category win. $30,000 in prizes across 8 categories.
Do I need to be at Basecamp?
Only for the categories tagged in person. Everything tagged remote is open to anyone anywhere, and you can watch the livestream from wherever you are.
When can I submit?
Submissions open 7 Oct, 11:00 SGT (UTC+8). Each category has its own close time, shown on its page in Singapore time and in your local time. Some close at the end of day two.
How many entries can I make?
One per category. If you submit again in the same category, the new link replaces the old one. You can enter as many categories as you like.
Can I use AI tools?
In most categories yes, as a tool. The category page says if not. Synthetic footage passed off as real event footage is disqualified everywhere. See the AI policy.
Something is broken, or I have a question. Where do I go?
The Sui Discord at discord.gg/sui. Bug reports, technical problems, and questions about the challenge all go there. Note that lost passwords cannot be reset, so link a second sign-in method on your profile.
How are winners paid?
In usdSUI on Sui, via a Slush link delivered to the email address on your profile, within 30 days of results.
